Artist's Statement

Since living most of my life in the Okanagan Valley I am drawn to the vast diverseness of this place: landscapes; waterways; mountains; trees; valleys; and grasslands. The four seasons give back their beauty in a variety of ideas in which to paint.
Recent large, abstract paintings have taken me to a place of freedom and a heightened sense of awareness and creativity. Along with the many authentic, loving, creative people who continue to cross my path and teach me on this journey, I am forever grateful to be an Artist.
